1. Introduction

At RÅM, we value our customers and strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Cancellation policy explains your rights and how you can cancel orders, including pre-orders, in accordance with Denmark and the EU's user protection legislation.

2. Eligibility for cancellation

  • You can kanSend an order if it has not yet been shipped.
  • Pre-orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, but you can use our Return and Refund Policy after delivery.
  • Cancellation is possible for all purchases of products via our website, unless otherwise stated.

3. How to cancel an order

Enter the following information:

  • Order number
  • Name and email address used for purchase
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Note: Cancellations requested after 12 hours for pre-orders or after shipping may not be processed.

4. Refunds for canceled orders

  • Once your cancellation is accepted, we will process yourfull refund within 7weekdays (Mon-Fri)
  • Refunds will be made to original payment method used for purchase.
  • To cancellation of pre-orders Within 12 hours, the full amount including discounts will be refunded.
  • No cancellation or refill fees will be charged.

5. Non-cancelable items

The following items cannot be cancelled:

  • Digital products or downloads
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items already shipped

For these items, customers can contact our Return and Refund Policy if applicable.

6. Cancellation of advance order

  • Pre-orders are entitled to cancellation within 12 hours.
  • Pre-orders benefit 20% discount, and cancellation within the window refunds the full discount amount.
  • Advance orders after 12 hours cannot be cancelled; standard return rules apply after delivery.

7. How we process your cancellation

  • We will verify your order information and confirm the cancellation viae-mail.
  • Once confirmed, the refund will be initiated.
  • You will receive one confirmation email when the refund is completed.
