1. Introduction

At RÅM, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Warranty policy for managing your rights, warranty coverage and procedures in accordance with Denmark and the EU's user protection legislation.

  • EU law allows for a Minimum 2 year statutory warranty for consumer goods.
  • This warranty is in addition to any manufacturer warranty.

2. Warranty coverage

All products sold through our website are covered manufacturing defects and material defects.

The warranty covers:

  • Defective materials
  • Defective workmanship
  • Defective or non-functional components during normal use

Note: The warranty does not coverage of damages caused by:

  • Abuse or misuse of the product
  • Accidents or falls
  • Incorrect installation or repair
  • Normal wear and tear

3. Warranty period

  • The standard warranty period is 12 months from the delivery date.
  • Warranty rights under EU law provide a Minimum 2 years Customers may request repairs, exchanges or refunds within this period.
  • The manufacturer's warranty (if applicable) is additional and may have separate terms.

  • Pictures showing the defect
  • Detailed description of the problem

5. Possibilities for warranty solution

Depending on the shortage and the situation, RÅM offers:

  • Repair: Repair of the defective product free of charge.
  • Replacement: Sending a new item of the same type.
  • Repay: Full or partial refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
  • The decision will be finalized within one reasonable time frame according to EU law.

6. Shipping in connection with warranty claims

  • For defective goods, RÅM will give instructions regarding return shipping.
  • Return freight may be covered by RÅM if the complaint is valid.
  • Replacement or repaired items are shipped at no additional cost.

7. Exceptions to warranty

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damages as a result of abuse, accidents or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Products purchased from third-party traders (not via RÅM's website)

8. Legal Rights

  • Warranty is given in addition to statutory rights in accordance with Danish and EU law.
  • Consumers retain the right to repair, replacement or refund for defective products within 2 years of delivery.

9. Policy Updates

  • This warranty policy may be updated to comply with new laws or to improve the customer experience.
  • Last updated date is indicated at the top.
