4. Order processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 weekdays (Mon-Fri)
• Orders placed after 14:00 (deadline) processed the next business day.
• Pre-ordered items may require longer processing time.

• Standard delivery: 1–3 weekdays (Mon-Fri) in Denmark
• Pre-orders: Will be shipped as soon as the items become available
• Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or holidays

6. Order deadline

• The daily order deadline is 14:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Copenhagen)
• Orders placed before 14.00 is processed the same day; orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.
  
• In busy periods, the order deadline will be longer.

7. Tracking and Notifications

• Tracking number is provided via email for all orders
• Track parcel shop or home delivery via the carrier's website
• Notifications include updates on shipped, in transit, and delivered

8. Pre-Order Shipping and Discounts

• Pre-order items: 20% savings at the stated price
• Will ship immediately upon availability
• Eligible for standard return policy
• Cancellations allowed within 12 hours for a full refund

9. Product Pricing

• All product prices are displayed inetc.
• VAT included in all prices
• Prices are final and include applicable taxes; no hidden fees

Discounts and promotions:

• Pre-order discount: 20% off the normal price for items ordered before stock arrives
• Seasonal promotions or package deals may occur; only valid during the campaign period

• The product prices reflect base price + VAT, with any discounts shown at checkout

• Product prices may change due to manufacturing costs, materials or market adjustments
• Prices apply at the time of purchase; pre-orders reflect the stated pre-order price.

10. Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

• Report problems within 48 hours with order number and pictures
• Exchange for a new table or refund based on the damage will be issued.

11. Lost or delayed shipments

• Make sure the shipping address is complete
• Contact us immediately for lost/delayed shipments; we coordinate with the carrier

Customers can leave delivery notes when paying, for example:

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
