1. Accepted payment methods

AtROOM, we offer secure and convenient payment options so that all customers can shop with peace of mind.
We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro
  • Klarna (Buy now pay later options)
  • MobilePay

All transactions are processed securely through trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

2. Currency

All prices on our website are listed in DKK (Danish Krone).
VAT is already included in all prices shown (Danish VAT 25%).

If your bank operates in a different currency, the final fee may vary slightly depending on your bank's exchange rate, international transaction fees or currency exchange policies.

3. Time of payment

The payment is collected the moment you place your order.

For pre-order products:

  • Your card/payment method can be debited immediately at checkout.
  • You can only cancel within the first 12 hours after the pre-order has been placed.
  • Once the pre-order has been processed, it cannot be canceled until the product has been delivered.
  • After delivery, the regular 14-day right of return applies.

  • PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
  • Vialdrig store your credit card information
  • All sensitive data is processed securely by authorized data processors
  • Payment information is protected against unauthorized access at all times

5. Prevention and verification of fraud

To protect both our customers and our business, certain orders may require additional verification.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request ID or address verification for suspicious or high-risk orders
  • Cancel any order if payment fails
  • Cancel or hold orders that appear fraudulent or violate payment security rules
  • Limit or block transactions from accounts involved in suspicious activities

This process helps us maintain a safe shopping environment.

6. Payment confirmation

When your payment is completed:

  • You will immediately receive one order confirmation email
  • A digital receipt with transaction details will be issued
  • Your order will be placed in our processing queue
  • If the payment fails, the order will not be created

7. Taxes, VAT and charges

  • All prices are already inclusive DK VAT 25%
  • There are no hidden fees at checkout
  • For international orders (if applicable): Customs or import duties may be collected by your local customs office. These are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Failed or Declined Payments

Your payment may be declined due to:

  • Incorrect card details
  • Insufficient balance
  • Bank authentication error
  • International Transaction Restrictions
  • Card issuer security blocks
  • Network/technical issues

If the payment fails:

  • The order will not be created
  • You can try again with the same method or choose a different payment method
  • You can contact your bank for further information

9. Refund method

If your order is eligible for a refund under our Refund and Return Policy:

  • Refunds are a problem for the same payment method that was used for payment
  • Refund processing time: up to 7 business days
  • Your bank/card provider may take additional time to process the credit
  • Klarna refunds follow Klarna's internal processing timeline
  • MobilePay refunds are returned to the original MobilePay account

For security reasons, we cannot issue refunds for alternative payment methods.

10. Klarna payments

If you choose Klarna, please note:

  • You must meet Klarna's approval criteria
  • Klarna can perform a soft credit check
  • Payment plans, due dates and installment plans are handled directly by Klarna
  • Late payments may incur fees from Klarna
  • Klarna refunds are processed back through the Klarna platform.

11. Refund Policy

Customers should always contact us before initiating a chargeback.
In cases where a chargeback is submitted without contacting us:

  • We will forward all attachments to our payment processor
  • Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may lead to account restrictions or legal action
  • If the bank agrees with us, the customer will still owe the amount for the repayment.

We are always happy to resolve any issue directly and transparently.
