  • Delivery time: 1–3 weekdays (Mon-Fri), processing time 1–2 weekdays (Mon-Fri)
  • Orders placed after 14.00 will be processed the next working day
  • Pre-orders will be shipped immediately upon availability

7. Return, refund and cancellation

  • Returns are accepted within 14 weekdays (Mon-Fri)
  • Refunds processed within 7 weekdays (Mon-Fri)
  • No refill fee
  • Damaged or defective goods: report within 48 hours
  • Pre-orders are eligible for the standard return policy

  • Seasonal promotions or package deals are time limited

  • No exchange; replacement or refund is offered
