1. Products and Availability

Q1: What products do you sell?
A: RÅM specializes in high quality furniture products including:

  • Tables (dining tables, coffee tables, corner tables)
  • Shelves and storage solutions
  • Corner tables

All products are carefully manufactured and described with accurate pictures.

Q2: Can I pre-order items?
A: Yes! It is possible to pre-order selected products. The pre-order offer 20% discount and will be shipped as soon as the item is available.

Q3: Are your products only available in Denmark?
A: Yes, we are currently shipping exclusively in Denmark European shipping will be announced on our website when available.

2. Prices and payment

Q4: How are product prices displayed?
A: All product prices are in etc., includes VAT, and are final at checkout.

Q5: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept:

Q6: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No. All prices include VAT and applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping and delivery

Q7: How much is shipping?
A: For Denmark:

  • Parcel shop delivery: DKK 39.
  • Home delivery: DKK 49.
  • Free parcel shop delivery for orders over DKK 1000.

Q8: How long does the delivery take?
A: Standard delivery takes 1–3 weekdays (Mon-Fri)within Denmark.
The processing time is 1–2 weekdays (Mon-Fri)

Q9: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! You will receive one tracking number via email for all orders. You can track the delivery via the carrier's website.

Q10: Can I provide special delivery instructions?
A: Yes, you can leave instructions when paying, e.g. "Leave the package at the reception" or "Call before delivery".

4. Return, refund and cancellation

Q11: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 14 weekdays (Mon-Fri)upon receipt of the goods. The goods must be in original condition.

Q12: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 7 weekdays (Mon-Fri)after we have received the returned item.

Q13: Can I cancel an order?
A: Yes, orders can be canceled within 12 hours purchase. Pre-orders can also be canceled during this period.

Q14: What if my item is damaged or defective?
A: Please report within 48 hours delivery with order number and pictures. We provide one full refund or replacement immediately.

5. Warranty and product warranty

Q15: Are your products delivered with a warranty?
A: Yes. All items have one warranty covering manufacturing defects or damage be reported within 48 hours. Exchange is not possible; replacement or refund will be offered.

6. Advance orders

Q16: How does pre-order work?
A: You pay at the register, sheep 20% discount on the normal price, and your product will be shipped as soon as it is available.

Q17: Can pre-orders be refunded?
A: Yes, they are eligible for ours Standard 14-day return and 7-day refund policy.

8. Questions about shipping and pricing

Q20: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
A: Yes, contact hej@raamint.dk immediately. Changes can only be made before the order is processed.

Q21: Are the prices ever updated?
A: Product prices may change due to market adjustments, materials or production costs. Pre-orders reflect the listed pre-order price.
